Cameron’s history in innovation goes way back to his time at university, where he was part of a team that won QUT’s inaugural innovation competition for the design of a novel orthopaedic tool.

Like all of ON Prime’s participants, Karen is passionate about making a difference within the innovation community and contributing to the future of Australian science and technology. A self-confessed sweet tooth, Karen’s hobbies include playing piano and building her collection of succulents and cacti.

Kate Milton

Kate Milton, Communications Officer

Kate Milton is ON's Accelerate Manager starting in October 2018. Kate brings her ON communications experience into the role and is keen to get stuck in with the new teams delivering Accelerate5.

With a background in journalism, Kate enjoyed diving into the world of innovation during her time living in London, running strategic innovation workshops for corporate teams. She’s excited to get to see innovation at the source working with the ON research teams. In her free time, Kate likes to eat and travel – if she’s doing both at the same time, even better!
